The rules governing your use of MathWiz.
By creating an account or using MathWiz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are creating an account for a child under 18, you accept these Terms on their behalf as their parent or legal guardian.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
MathWiz is intended for:

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at admin@mathwiz.academy. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Each account is for a single user. You may not share credentials or create multiple accounts for the same person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MathWiz currently offers free early access. During this period, all features are available at no cost.
When paid tiers are introduced, they will be billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to remedies for services that are not fit for purpose.
All content on MathWiz — including question generators, AI tutor interactions, visual design, animations, the Wiz character, and all software — is the intellectual property of MathWiz.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Your account data (progress, scores, activity history) belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time on request.
MathWiz is an educational supplement and is not a substitute for classroom instruction or professional tutoring.
While we align with the Australian Curriculum (ACARA), we make no guarantee that use of the platform will result in specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grades.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, MathWiz and its operators are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 AUD if you have not made any payments.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain it longer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
